Luxury, resort living, and hotel lifestyle are all on offer at the new luxurious residence The Residences at The Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort.

The Residences is a project of AppleOne Properties Inc. that is set to occupy 3.8 hectares of beachfront property. The residential community will feature a 22-story building with 190 residential units. It will be surrounded by 36 “courtyard pool residences” and will offer residents a panoramic view of the Hilutungan Channel, Magellan Bay.

Privacy and a sense of exclusivity are ensured by putting only six units per wing, Cyndy Tan Jarabata, president of Tajara Leisure and Hospitality, Apple One’s marketing consultant. Jarabata further told the local media that each unit will come with a “proper show kitchen.”

The units at The Residences will also be furnished with an air-conditioner, refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop and range hood, washer, dryer, and built-in cabinets.

Modern interiors and a mix of materials – rattan, marble, natural stone, plush fabrics, and wood – are to be expected. Jarabata even compared living in The Residences to booking a hotel suite, what with its cleaning and room service.

Alexandra Yao of residential development Starwood Hotels and Resorts, said that unit owners in The Residences can expect to enjoy the Sheraton hotel lifestyle. She added that there is an emerging trend of combining luxury and residences these days, but this time, it is in the form of resort residential living. Residents can enjoy the Lounge, high-speed Internet connection, fitness center, multipurpose function rooms, steam rooms, yoga room, exclusive courtyard garden, steam rooms exclusive for males and females, private beach club, dedicated parking, four passenger elevators, pool lounge, and kids’ room.

Ray Go Manigsaca, AppleOne Properties’ president, said that The Residences is a timely project to cater to the Filipinos and foreigners alike who are looking to settle in a tropical island like Cebu. He added that The Residences will start the trend of “lifestyle resort living where residents can enjoy staycations all year-round.”

The Residences unit owners may also go Sheraton Mactan Cebu Resort for its Sheraton Fitness, Shine Spa, catering, and hotel dining places.

Sheraton Mactan Cebu Resort will open in 2019, while The Residences is set to open its doors in 2020.
