The two buildings stand in one of Mandaue City’s busiest streets – A.C Cortes Avenue. It is a gateway to many top destinations in Cebu province with buses, jeepneys, and other modes of transportation readily available. Malls, hospitals, schools, and business hubs are also a few minutes away.

Amenities
Copenhagen Residences hired the services of local interior designer Ms. Louise Crisostomo to give a fine modern touch to every nook and corner of the buildings. These are commissioned by the Ironwood Property Ventures Corporation.

Copenhagen Residences caters to businesses. Apart from space leasing, the 7th floor also features an event space with a breathtaking view of Cebu. This event space can host up to 80 people with an area dedicated for commemorative picture taking. And to fill your dining needs, the restaurant is also available. This function space is perfect for weddings, anniversaries, and company events.

Rooms

There are eight room types that guests can book at Copenhagen Residences. All the rooms have basic features including an LCD TV of varying screen size, depending on the room type, air conditioning unit, free WiFi access, hot and cold shower, electric kettle, refrigerator, telephone, and microwave oven, and a working desk and chair.

Studio Standard Main

The main building’s Studio Standard Main can be rented out for P1,300. It can accommodate one person in its single bed. It has a 26” LCD TV with cable and the basic features mentioned above, but with a balcony.

Studio Superior Main

The room can accommodate two people in its single bed with a pull-out one. It also has a 26” LCD TV with cable, louvre partition for the kitchen and bed, and the basic Copenhagen room features. The room is available for as low as P2,000.

Two-bedroom Residences

Found in the main building, this can accommodate three persons in the two single bed with pull-out. It has a 32” LED TV with cable, balcony, closet, cocktail table, dining table, two-burner induction stove, kitchen counter, rangehood, 7 cu. Ft. two-door refrigerator, 3-seater sofa, kitchen, living room, and other basic features. This is ideal for a medium-sized family or group of friends on vacation This is available for only P3, 700.

Four-bedroom Residences

This 4-bedroom unit can accommodate 6 persons in its Queen bed, King bed, one single bed, and one twin bed. There are two bathrooms in this unit. It has a balcony, closet, 32” LED TV with cable, dining table, 2-burner induction stove, kitchen, living room, rangehood, 7 cu. Ft. 2-door refrigerator, 3-seaters sofa, washing machine, and the basic hotel features earlier mentioned. This room is available for as low as P7,000. If you are planning on bringing along your family or a slightly bigger group of colleagues or friends, this would be the perfect room for you.

Luxury Loft
The room can also accommodate six people in its single bed with pull out, two twin bed, two queen bed, and one bunk bed. Amenities available are Copenhagen’s basic features, dining table, induction stove with two burners, kitchen, living room, rangehood, 7 cu. Ft. two-door refrigerator, washing machine, and 32” LED TV with cable. The unit is available for as low as P4,800.

Studio Deluxe

The unit can accommodate two people in its queen bed. Amenities available are a 32” LED TV with cable, and a 3.4 cu. Ft. refrigerator, and the hotel’s basic features. This is available for only P2, 800.

Studio Superior East
The unit can accommodate two people in the single bed with pull-out. It has the basic features, a 1.8 cu. Ft. personal refrigerator, and a 32” LED TV with cable. The unit is at Copenhagen East and is available for only P1, 299.

Studio Standard East
