If none of the above work, you can use the Department Of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) airline contact list for help.

The Philippine DOTC can be mailed at:

The Columbia Tower
Brgy. Wack-Wack, Ortigas Avenue
1555 Mandaluyong City, Philippines

Or called at:

Telefax: (632)723-4925
Trunkline: (632)727-7960 to 79
DOTC Action Center Hotline: 7890

Make sure to take note of the important details of your flight and keep all your travel documents such as ticket or confirmation, boarding passes, baggage check stubs, receipts for any out-of-the-pocket expenses incurred in mishandling before contacting the DOTC. You can also fill-in their Online Complaint Form.
