The resort was founded last August 8, 1992. A Japanese and Filipino corporation located at the east of Mactan is 20 minute drive from the airport and 40 minute from the city. Initially it had 26 rooms for transient divers and as the years passed by it has blossomed into 136 room resort, an average of 10 room growth per year.
