It is located in the Upper Pakigne “Tubod” [which means many springs in the vernacular], in Minglanilla, Cebu, just right past the Spring Village.

The 30 rooms at Tubod Flowing Waters Resort are of three types: the standard, deluxe, and dormitory. Set against a backdrop of lush mountains, the accommodations are practically modern and posh mountain cabins nothing short of first class. The resort has a restaurant and grill areas, 4 large swimming pools, conference halls each accommodating 300 persons, and cottages.
