#1 Café Laguna

Birthed in 1991 along Veterans Road in lahug, it became a byword on “great food” in so short a time so that people soon flocked there for their special dinners. It presented native food dishes, home-cooked style, with a unique twist people loved so that food at Café Laguna remains unrivaled to this day. It is huddled with other posh commercial outlets on Level 1 of The Terraces at the Ayala Center mall. You can also find it at the Northwing section of SM City, Cebu.
