#12 Chateau De Busay Restaurant

Resting on a 1.2 hectare hilltop estate on the Lower Busay Hills, Nivel Hills overlooking Cebu City is this classy inn and restaurant. The place was originally owned by American Builder Paul Kiener in the 1960s and was later converted into a restaurant by a Swiss gourmand and cheese maker, Roland Werro, in the 1980s. Finally, in 1991 the Uy family purchased the property and developed it to what it is today. Aside from grand occasions like weddings and baptismal receptions, Chateau De Busay Restaurant also serves special meals on ordinary days, offering mostly Continental food dishes. It is also an ideal and romantic lodging place.
