Dolce Café is perfect for spending cold nights with your special someone. It is located near Marco Polo Hotel atop Nivel Hills, right after Bellini.

While it caters to those with a sweet tooth, it also offers some grilled meals. You can get your sugar fix and exchange sweet nothings with the flicking city lights in the background if you take their outdoor seating. It can give you a soothing feeling after a long day at work, making this a worthy romantic and relaxing destination. And the prices are quite affordable with ice coffee blends available at P120 to P140 and cakes for desserts at around the same price range.
