Take in the panoramic view of Cebu City while sitting on a couch at the Highlights, the roof deck at Harold’s Hotel in Gorordo Avenue, Lahug, Cebu City. It is located at the uptown area of Cebu City so it is quite accessible if you have appointments in government offices, just finished work in the city’s financial districts, or want to unwind with friends from school.

Highlights offer Asian fusion dish selections, which you can wash down with any drink from their beverage menu, all while listening to relaxing music. The place is best visited at dusk, just when the sun is about to set. Highlights is open daily from 5:30pm to 2am.
