7. Tops

Tops is a viewing deck high above Busay Hills with snack shops, and stone tables and chairs to sit in.

There you can also see the notable Lover’s Bell besides the breathtaking view of Cebu City skyline, Mactan Island and the Mountains of Bohol which are best to see during sunrise and sunset. Owned by Emro Holdings, Inc. of the prominent Osmeña clan, Tops is located in Brgy. Malubog, Busay, Cebu City with an elevation of 2,500 feet above sea level and an area of about 1 hectare. Its entrance is fronting the Doce Pares Zip-line Adventure and has an entrance fee of P100.00 each – same rate for all locals, foreigners and children. Although snack stalls are available inside, it’s best to bring your own food as the prices there are doubled. You can also do camping and overnight activities in its grounds.

Tops is a perfect place to reflect and appreciate the beauty of Cebu and life itself.
