8. Blue Elephant in Apple One

The first of its kind in Cebu in terms of location, Blue Elephant in Apple One Tower is a restaurant concept by Anthony Ballreich, who ran a restaurant with the same name in Cebu IT Park and the man behind Krua Thai and Siam in Ayala Terraces.

This restaurant is located at the roof deck (19th floor) of Apple One Tower in Cebu Business Park beside Ayala Center and offers an indoor VIP Lounge or an Al Fresco dining where you can eat under the night sky while enjoying the city lights. The restaurant opens from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM daily except for Fridays and Saturdays which it closes at 1:00 AM, and charges a minimum fee of P300 for Al Fresco dining and P350 for indoor VIP lounge consumable on both food and drink per person. Beginning 9:00 PM onwards however, the charges are reduced to P200 for Al Fresco and P250 for VIP lounge. Foods here are Asian and they serve ala carte as well as exotic.
